Along with the arrival of each holiday season here at Dynamo, comes the challenge of coming up with a new and original concept for the gift we send off to our friends, clients and collaborators. The idea is to show our appreciation for all of the fun stuff they let us get away with throughout the year, and hopefully spread a little holiday cheer while we're at it. It's also a chance to step outside of our digital comfort zone and experiment with unfamiliar mediums. This year, we conquered chocolate. 

Our Dynamo Typocolate project is getting some major blog lovin. Woot. But we were super stoked to spot our delicious designs on We Love Typography.

Dynamo is an interactive design agency in Old Montreal. We are a small, dedicated team of designers, programmers and planners, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

You'll be the guardian of all things frontend for your team. You'll work with a designer and programmer to deliver beautifully designed and expertly crafted sites and applications.

More specifically, you will be:

Discussing features and how best to implement them with your team with a particular emphasis on usability and re-usability
Developing the view layer with HAML + SASS (our apps are all developed on Rails)
Writing copious amounts of clean Javascript
Actively contributing to our shared knowledge and codebases
Working in an agile-driven environment

Here's what we are looking for:

We want to hire a friendly, organized, design-savvy geek.

More specifically, we want:

Someone who loves the web as much as they love a challenge,
A strong communicator: Someone who writes well and communicates clearly,
An organized worker: There are a number of different projects on the go - keeping track of everything is key,
